A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY ST. FRANCIS
ELECTRIC, INC., FOR PROJECT 03-11, CAMPBELL AVENUEIVICTOR
AVENUE SIGNALIZATION PROJECT, AND DIRECTING THE FILING
OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell adopted Resolution No.1 0386 on September
21, 2004, authorizing the Public Works Director to award a contract to the lowest
responsible bidder for construction of improvements known as Project 03-11, Campbell
AvenueNictor Avenue Signalization Project; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and S1.
Francis Electric, Inc., on October 25,2004; and
WHEREAS, S1. Francis Electric, Inc., has completed the aforementioned
contract in accordance with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed on Project 03-11, Campbell
AvenueNictor Avenue Signalization Project and directs staff to file the Notice of
Completion.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE is hereby given that CITY OF CAMPBELL, as owner, and Matthew Jue, the
undersigned, as Traffic Engineer, caused the Campbell A venueNictor A venue Signalization Project
improvements to be constructed within the public right-of-way as described in the project documents.
That the work on said Campbell A venueNictor A venue Signalization Project were actually
accepted on the 5th day of July, 2005.
That the name of the Contractor for said owner is S1. Francis Electric. Inc., of San Leandro,
California.
That the nature of title of said City to said improvements is owner in fee simple, and the names
and addresses of all owners of said property are:

That the property herein referred to and on which said Improvements are located is situated in the
