A RESOLUTION Of THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY Of CAMPBELL ACCEPTING
DEDICATION fOR PUBLIC RIGHT-Of-WAY AND PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT
AND THE CONCURRENT ABANDONMENT Of A PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT
fOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 330 E. HAMILTON AVENUE
WHEREAS, public right-of-way and a pedestrian access easement have been offered for
dedication for property located at 3% E. Hamilton Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the public right-of-way and pedestrian access easement are needed for street
purposes and for the project; and
WHEREAS, an existing pedestrian access easement will be under the footprint of the new
building and needs to be abandoned;
NOW, THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell does
hereby accept the attached public right-of-way and pedestrian access easement in
conformity with the terms for which they are offered. The existing pedestrian easement as
shown in the attachment is hereby abandoned and replaced with the new pedestrian
access easement.
