A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO
PURCHASE A VOICE RECORDING SYSTEM FROM
DIGITAL LOGGERS, INCORPORATED
WHEREAS, the Police Department seeks to replace the existing logging recorder
and has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a digital logging recorder;
WHEREAS, responses to the RFP were received from Capture Technologies,
Digital Loggers, Inc., Magnasync, SBC, and Stancil Corporation;
WHEREAS, Police Department staff have rated the Digital Loggers, Inc., system
as best suited to the needs of the Police Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell does hereby authorize the Police Department to purchase a voice
recording system from Digital Loggers, Inc., for $38,790.
