RESOLUTION NO. 10568
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF A DONATION
FOR THE PURCHASE OF A LASER SPEED AND MEASUREMENT TOOL AND
AUTHORIZING THE RELATED BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, technological advances have produced rugged handheld laser
speed and measurement devices; and
WHEREAS, a member of the Campbell community has donated $4,009.00 to the
City of Campbell for the purchase of a Laser Speed and Measurement Tool;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell does hereby acknowledge receipt of a $4,009.00 donation from a
member of the community and approves a budget adjustment to increase the
604-4817 donations revenue account and transfer to 604-7427 line item account
to enable the purchase of a Laser Speed and Measurement Tool.

Mr. Pete Yerkovich, a resident of the City of Campbell has donated the funds to the Police
Department specifically for the purchase of a laser speed enforcemnet and measurement device.
The funds will need to be transferred to execute the purchase as desired by the donor.
