A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN FOR THE HACIENDAIWINCHESTER
PERCOLATION POND PROJECT (05-01) AND
APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, on September 7, 2005, staff presented the final conceptual design for the
Hacienda/Winchester Percolation Pond Project (05-01) to the Parks and Recreation
Commission; and
WHEREAS, grant funding from the Santa Clara Valley Water District and Santa Clara
County Open Space Authority have been obtained for the project; and
WHEREAS, the final conceptual design has been developed with input from the
residents, the Santa Clara Valley Water District and the Santa Clara County Open
Space Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
does hereby approve the final conceptual design for the Hacienda/Winchester
Percolation Pond Project, as shown on 'Exhibits A and B' of the City Council report;
authorizes the Public Works Director to execute an agreement with the Santa Clara
County Open Space Authority for $109,000 in grant funding; and approves a budget
adjustment adding the Santa Clara County Open Space Authority grant funding to the
project budget.

Replace Parkland Dedication funding for the Hacienda/Winchester Percolation Pond project
