RESOLUTION NO.
10576
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE BUDGET FOR CIP #05-10
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a capital budget for fiscal years 2005-2011; and
WHEREAS, additional funds have become available from the final disposition of the
Rosina Pattison estate; and
WHEREAS, the use of these funds was previously approved for projects at the Community
Center under Capital Improvement Project #05-10 (Community Center General
Improvements).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approve a transfer of
$32,510 from the General Fund, to CIP #05-10 (Community Center General
Improvements).

REASON FOR REQUEST - BE SPECIFIC:
Assign balance of donation proceeds for improvements for the Community Center. Prior distribution
of the Rosina Pattisson Estate was received in May 2004 and allocated to the Community Center
General Improvements project 05-10 in July 2004 by resolution # 1 0361.
