and find it acceptable a.nd in conformance with City standards.. Ac-
cordingly, the work is hereby accepted.
You are responsible for the maintenan~e, repair and/or replacement
of. all work done should any failures occur.
We will inspect the work periodically and advise you whether or
not maintenance is needed.
