and find it acceptable and in conformance with City standards.. Ac-
cordingly, the work is hereby accepted.
You are responsible for the maintenance, repair and/or replacement
of all work done should any failures occur. .
We will inspect the work periodically and advise you whether or
not maintenance is needed.
