Dear Mr. Kirkorian:
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell,
at its regular meeting of February S, 1968, approved
your request for a use permit to allow the operation
of a pony riding concession in the Kirkwood Plaza
Shopping Center parking lot.
The use permit will become effective February 14,
1968 and is subject to the conditions outlined in
the permit, a copy of which is attached.

USE PERMIT #UP 68-1
February 7, 1968
In accordance with Section 9328, Chapter 3, Article IX
of the Campbell Municipal Code of the City of Campbell,
California,
Ira Kirkorian
is hereby granted a use permit to operate a pony riding
concession on the front portion of the parking lot at the
Kirkwood Plaza Shopping Center, approximately 140 feet east
of the Roundhouse Liquor Store, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Operation to be conducted on Saturdays and Sundays
only.
2. Hours of operation to be between 10:00 a.m. and
s:oo p.m. only.
3. Premises to be kept free of all debris and obnoxious
refuse at all times as specified by application and
in accordance with Section 6302.1 of the Campb~ll
Municipal Code.
4. During hours of operation the driveway location
near the Roundhouse Liquor Store be clearly marked
and limited to "exit" use only.
5. Use Permit to expire on or before January 1, 1969.
6. Should said use create any traffic or health problems
or become a nuisance to the residential ~rea to the
north or create a problem within the Center, the City
Council may take the necessary action to revoke the
permit.
7. Obtain a special permit from the City Council as
specified by Sections 6301 and 6302.1 of the Campbell
Municipal Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City of Campbell Planning
Commission in regular session, on the 5th day of February, 1968.
SAID USE PERMIT to become effective on the 14th day of
February, 1968.
