the City of Campbe11 , the undersigned hereby makes app1ication for approva1 of the
attached p1ans.

This application is for a combined Office Building and Market for
"Stop & Go Markets Inc." It is proposed to be an attractive building,
the construction in harmony with our development in the area, located
on C-I-S zoned land.

The proposed improvements will cost approximately
$48,000.00
4. App1icants should attach three (3) copies of the site p1ans and e1evations of proposed
improvements. One copy wi11 be retained by the P1anning Commission, one by the City
Engineer and one returned to app1icant.
