ORDINANCE NO. 508
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL,
AND S ETT I NG FORTH DEVELOPMENT
SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS FOR PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT ZONE.
The City Council of City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE:
That the San TOmas Neighborhood District of the Zoning Map
of the City of Campbell, being part of Chapter 3, Article IX of the Campbell
Municipal Code as referred to in the Appendix óf said Code, together with
amendments thereto, is hereby changed and amended by changing the zone of
the property situate and described as 1390 and 1398 Harriet Avenue from R-l
to P-D, all as outlined on the Map attached hereto, marked Exhibit tlNl and
made a part hereof, together with legal descriptions attached hereto.
SECT ION nlO:
That the plans for the development of said property be
and the same are hereby approved.
SECTION 'THREE:
That Exhibits 1 and 2 attached hereto, entitled Plans
and Elevations, and Exhibit 3, entitled Deveìopment Schedule and pertaining to
the development of the said ¡and, cv?ies of which are on file in the office
of the P lann ing De?artment, be anGC;îe same are h¿:eby adopted and made a

or install two siamese wyes on a 41 dry standpipe as indicated by Fire Chief.
2. Existing trees in front to remain if not in R~~ or driveway, and
existing tree on the north side 6f the property to remain.
3. All open parking areas, and driveways, including driveways to two
front units, to be pavee to City standards.
4. 61 redwood fence to be constructed as indicated on plan.

5. Landscaping plan, indicating types of plant materials to be sub-
mitted, and planting to be completed prior to issuance of final Building
Department approval.
6. Landscaping Bond in the amount of $2,000.00 to be posted to insure
landscaping.
7. Two existing front buildings to be painted and bond in the amount
of $500.00 to be posted to insure completion.
8. Conformance with Section 9126 of the Campbell Municipal Code
including:
a.
Dedication to 601 R/W on Harriet Avenue.
b.
Enter into agreement and post 100% Faithful Performance
Bond for street improvements in the amou~t of $1,200.00.
c.
Storm Drain Area fee in the amount of $745.00.
