County of Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
A strip of land 33 feet in width for road purposes, more
particularly described as follows:
The westerly 33 feet, measured at right angles, of Parcel "B",
as shown on that certain map entitled "Record of Survey, Portion
of Section 26, T. 7 S., R. lW., M.D.B. & M.", which map was filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Santa Clara, State of California, on November 1, 1963 in Book 169
of Maps at Page 9.
