Application of R. L. Dodge for approval of warehouse
on property located at 863 McGlincey Lane. (See
Map #1 attached)
This property and the adjoining properties are zoned M-I~S.
Mr. Dodge recently received "S" approval and has taken out a building
permit for an industrial building on the property to the south.
Staff recommends approval subject to the following conditions:
1.
Landscape and fencing to be provided as shown and as
added in "red" on plans. Adequate watering system to be
provided to all landscaped areas.
Landscape plan indicating type of plant materials and
fencing to be submitted for approval of the Planning
Director at time of application for building permit.

Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $500.00 to be
posted to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of park-
ing lot within three (3) months of completion of construct-
ion, or applicant may file agreement to complete landscap-
ing and fencing prior to final building department
clearance.
4.
An enclosure consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by
a 6' high solid wall or fence shall be constructed to house
tr2sh co~tainer in an area approved by Planning Director
and Fi re Department.
The applicant is notified as part of this approval that he is required
to meet the following conditions in accordance with ordinances of the City
of Campbell.

Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provis-
ions of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be
installed until application is approved and permit issued
by the building department.
Applicant to obtain excavation permit for driveway approach.

Building shall meet all Fire Zone #2 regulations.

parking lot on property located at 67 North Harrison
Avenue (See Map #4 attached).
This property is located on the west side of North Harrison
adjoining the northerly boundary of the existing parking lot provided
for the store owners fronting on Campbell Avenue as well as the
Ainsley Corporation Building. The zoning is C-2-S.
The property is bounded on the north by M-l"S property owned by
Rosilio Stroppa; on the west by R-3-S property with a single-family
residence and on the east (across Harrison Avenue) by'the recently
approved U-Save Rockery.
There is an existing residence and accessory buildings on the
property which will have to be removed.
Staff recommends approval subject to the following conditions:
