We, the undersigned, are owners of real property fronting
upon the east side of Harrison Avenue between Tubby Street
and Hamilton Avenue and more particularly described upon
that certain Grant Deed to
David Sanchez and V1rg1n1a sanchez, b1. wife, recorded
April 18, 1955, in Book 3144 of Official Records, at
Paqe339, in the office of the County Recorder vf Santa
Clara County, State of California..
We hereby petition that the following public improvements
be constructed in front of all property in the above-described
block in accord~1ce with the provision of Chapter 27 of the
Improvement Act of 1911 of the state of California:

In accordanc~ with Section 9316, Chapter 3, Article IX of the Campbell Municipal Code of
the City of Campbell, the undersigned hereby makes application for approval of the
attached plans.

The said Improvements will be located on land described as follows:

All of Lot 4, and the Northerly 25 feet, front and rear measurements
of Lot 3, as shown upon that certain Map entitled, "Tract No. 76
Mazzone Subdivision", which Map was filed for record in the Office
of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of Celifonda,
on September 10, 1938 in Book 3 of M2.ps, page 23.
2. The nature and purpose of the proposed improvements are: (Applicant should attach
