SUBJECT:
Minor Subdivision, Buster Dunn
Due to our field observations Saturday, October 13,
1962, during the flood stage of the San Tomas and
smith Creek, we have been assured that our contention
before that this lot was subject to inundation is
true. we had referred Mr. Dunn' s engineer~. ti9 .
this situation and asked that they submit a new
map with appropriate grades upon it indicating
possibility of fboding. This was done and the
indication was there,but we had been working with
the County to relocate smith creek and felt responsiblj
assured that this would be done within this rainy season.
We would, at this t~e, indicate a recommended
denial of this subdivision until the smith Creek is
relocated.
