Section 9316,1 of the Campbell Municipal Cod~ reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon ,;rhich such approval was granted, unless
an estension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for samc to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval. .
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a 11e\\' approval has been obtained in the mallller provi(lec1
for in this Chapter.

Property to be fenceò anò landscaped as indicated anò as

Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location
of hòse bibs or sprinkler system anò type of fencing to be
submitted for approval of the Planning Director at time
of application for building permit.
Faithful performance bond in the amount of $3,000 to be
posted to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of
outdoor parking areas prior to issuance of building
permit.
An enclosul'e consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by
a six foot high solid ~all or fence shall be constructed
to house trash container in an area approved by the Planning
Director and Fire Department. Said enclosure to be 8' x 12'
minimum with 6' self-closing gates.

The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is
required to meet the following conditions in accordance with
Ordinances of the City of Campbell.

Fire extinguishers shall be installed in fire extinguisher
cabinets as directed by the Fire Department.
All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance
with Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section
9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
Plans submitted to the Building Department for plan check
shall indicate clearly the location of all connections for
underground utilities including water, sewer, electric,
teleptlone and television cables, etc.

Sign application to be submitted in accordance with pro-
visions of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be
installed until application is approved and permit issued
by the Building Department. .
10.. Applicant to conform with all conditions of Minor Subdivision
1967-6, as follows:

Dedication to 60' right-of-way line on Hollis Avenue
for remainder of street.
b.
Dedication of 6' pedestrian easement from Manx Avenue
to Hollis Avenue as shown on tentative subdivision'
map.
c.
Construction of street improvements on Hollis Avenue
and sidewalk in the 6' pedestrian easement in accordance
with Article 1, Chapt,er 1, Part 1, of the Campbell
MunicipalCodé.
d. Compliance ,.;ith underground utility requirements as
specified in Section 9110.6 of the Campbell ~!unicipal
