BE ING A RESOLUTION AUTHOR I ZING MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AGREEMENT WITH ANN H. ENNIS,
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council an agreement
in conformance with conditions of "S" zone approval heretofore granted her,
and,
WHEREAS, the saId agreement Is In all respects fair and equitable
and in full campI lance with condit ions attached to said "S" approval, and
the said agreement having been approved by the City Attorney,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the Mayor
be and he is hereby authorized to execute the said agreement on behalf of the
City of Campbell.

Road, as said Westerly line was established in the Deed from Surety
Title and Guaranty Company to City of Campbell, dated February 13,
1956, recorded May 11, 1956 in the office of the Recorder of
the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book 3493 of
Official Records, page 2, at the Northeasterly corner of that
certain parcel of land described in the Deed from Ad-Mor Enter-
prises, Inc., to Wing H. Don, et ux, dated October 30, 1957,
recorded November 5, 1957 in Book 3929 of Official Recor~s,
page 734, Santa Clara County Records; thence along said Westerly
line of San Tomas Aquino Road, North 0° 07' 30" East 149.26 feet
to an iron pipe at an angle corner in the Southerly line of Tract
No. 1602 Los Ranchitos Gardens Unit No.2, a Map of which was
filed for record on December 6, 1955 in Book 66 of Maps, at pages
6 and 7, Santa Clara County Records; thence along the Southerly
line of said Tract No. 1602, on a tangent curve to the left with
a radius of 20.00 feet, through a central angle of 92° 33' 30""
an arc distance of 31.96 feet to a point in the Southerly line of
LaPradera Drive as shown on said Map; thence along said Southerly
line South 87° 34' West 381.00 feet to a point of curve in said
