DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL. Woodgate Development Company, Inc. proposes to develop the subject 2.63 acre site into 47 townhome units. The project will consist of 41 two bedroom and 6 one bedroom units with nearly one-half of the site devoted to landscaped open space. On-site recreation areas are provided which consist of a pool, spa and cabana for use of the residents. The architecture reflects a contemporary design with private decks/patios for each unit. The project will be of a superior quality nature in every respect. 2. DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE.
