BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP
OF TRACT NO. 7016 ON LATIMER AVENUE
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Counci 1 of the City
of Campbell a final map of Tract No. 7016 on Latimer Avenue for approval;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that the map conforms to
Subdivision Map Act and City Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that said map be and the same is hereby approved, and that any
real property offered for dedication for public use is accepted on be-
half of the publ ic in conformity with the terms of the offer of
dedication.

We have no objection to the P.S.E.'s as shown on the attached
map.
P.S.E.'s do not, however, constitute "an easement acceptable to
the utility, II as described in our Rule 16 I.C.2b.
It may, therefore be advantageous for the developer to grant our
Company a Right-of-Way for a portion of the telephone facilities
to be placed on the property served. Any arrangements for such
an easement will be made directly with the developer.

James Penoyer
With regard to the above subject conversion; the District
will not maintain the on site sewer system.
The subdivider will have to execute an agreement stating
that this exception be placed in the covenants, conditions
and restrictions of the enabling declaration establishing
a plan for condominium ownership.
A new connection permit will have to be issued as the
present one was for a four plex.
We will forward a copy of the agreement to Selective Media
Services, Inc. After they have executed the agreement we
will present it to the District's Board of Directors for
approval since this is not in conformance with the District's
Ordinance Code, Chapter 6, Section 6.030. If the Board of
Directors approves the exception an appropriate statement
will have to be included in the enabling declaration.

3.
