Attention James Penoyer With regard to the above subject conversion; the District will not maintain the on site sewer system. The subdivider will have to execute an agreement stating that this exception be placed in the covenants, conditions and restrictions of the enabling declaration establishing a plan for condominium ownership. A new connection permit will have to be issued as the present one was for a four plex. We will forward a copy of the agreement to Selective Media Services, Inc. After they have executed the agreement we will present it to the District's Board of Directors for approval since this is not in conformance with the District's Ordinance Code, Chapter 6, Section 6.030.
