A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
O'GRADY PAVING FOR PROJECT 03-05-
COLLECTOR STREET OVERLAYS
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No.1 0376 on August 3, 2004,
awarding a contract to O'Grady Paving for construction of the improvements known as
Project 03-05, Collector Street Overlays; and
WHEREAS, O'Grady Paving has completed the aforementioned contract in accordance
with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed under Project 03-05 - Collector Street
Overlays; and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Hernandez, Furtado, Watson, Kennedy
