ORDINANCE NO. 2062
BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL APPROVING AN AMENDMENT (PLN2005-77) OF THE
LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN CHANGING THE LAND
USE DESIGNATION FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO LOW-
MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ON PROPERTY OWNED BY THE
SANTA CLARA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT LOCATED AT 511 W.
CAMPBELL AVENUE. APPLICATION OF MS. KATHY ROBINSON, ON
BEHALF OF CHARITIES HOUSING, INC. AND SANTA CLARA VALLEY
WATER DISTRICT. FILE NO. PLN2005-77.
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Land Use Element of the City of Campbell General Plan is
hereby changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled Map of Said
Property, as per the application of Ms. Kathy Robinson, on behalf of Charities Housing,
Inc., and Santa Clara Valley Water District, from Low-Density Residential to Low-
Medium Density Residential (PLN2005-77) for property located at 511 W. Campbell
Avenue.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its
passage and adoption shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage
and adoption in the Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of
Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
