BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL APPROVING A ZONING CLASSIFICATION CHANGE
(PLN2005-78) FROM R-1-6 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO P-D
(PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) ON PROPERTY OWNED BY THE SANTA
CLARA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT LOCATED AT 511 W. CAMPBELL
AVENUE IN AN R-1-6 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING
DISTRICT. APPLICATION OF MS. KATHY ROBINSON, ON BEHALF OF
CHARITIES HOUSING, INC., AND SANTA CLARA VALLEY WATER
DISTRICT. FILE NO.: PLN2005-78.
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and
amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled Map of Said Property, as per the
application of Ms. Kathy Robinson, on behalf of Charities Housing, Inc., and Santa
Clara Valley Water District, for approval of a Zoning Classification Change (PLN2005-
78) for property located at 511 W. Campbell Avenue from R-1-6 (Single Family
Residential) to P-D (Planned Development).
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its
passage and adoption shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage
and adoption in the Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of
Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
