RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
BLOSSOM VALLEY CONSTRUCTION FOR PROJECT 04-02-
LOS GATOS CREEK COUNTY PARK DOG PARK

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No.1 0538 on July 5, 2005, awarding
a contract to Blossom Valley Construction for the construction of the improvements
known as Project 04-02, Los Gatos Creek County Park Dog Park;
WHEREAS, Blossom Valley Construction has completed the aforementioned contract
in accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed under Project 04-02 - Los Gatos Creek
County Park Dog Park and directs staff to file a Notice of Completion.
