A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY HRB CONSTRUCTION,
INC. FOR PROJECT 02-04 - AINSLEY PARK ENHANCEMENTS AND DIRECT THE
FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No.1 0522 awarding a contract to
HRB Construction, Inc. for Project 02-04 - Ainsley Park Enhancements on June 21,
2005; and
WHEREAS, HRB Construction, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by HRB Construction, Inc. for Project 02-
04 - Ainsley Park Enhancements and directs the City Engineer to file a Notice of
Completion.
