A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO
THE AGREEMENT WITH STRATEGIC CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT FOR
ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR PROJECT 06-11
Whereas, the City desires to obtain additional engineering services for onsite construction
oversight during demolition activities in Project 06-11; and
Whereas, Strategic Construction Management has the expertise to provide those
additional engineering services, has submitted a competitive proposal to provide the
services, and is familiar with the demolition contract requirements;
Now, Therefore Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
authorizes the Public Works Director to execute an amendment to the Agreement between
the City of Campbell and Strategic Construction Management for an amended amount not
to exceed $23,265 for additional engineering services associated with Project 06-11.
