CC Ordinance 2068 ORDINANCE NO. 2068 BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A ZONING CLASSIFICATION CHANGE (PLN2005-125) FROM M-1-S (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) TO C-PD (CONDOMINIUM-PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) FOR PROPERTY OWNED BY MR. JAMES CHALMERS LOCATED AT 700-750 E. McGLlNCY LANE. APPLICATION OF MR. CRAIG ALMELEH, ON BEHALF OF ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FILE NO.: PLN2005-125. The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled Map of Said Property, as per the application of Mr. Craig Almeleh, on behalf of Mr. James Chalmers, for approval of a Zoning Classification Change (PLN2005-125) for property located at 700 - 750 E. McGlincy Lane from M-1-S (Light Industrial) to C- PO (Condominium-Planned Development). SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its passage and adoption shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in the Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
