Section 21..g2.090 of the Campbell MunicipaY Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making writteu application for same
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of sucR approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell Municipal Code stJ_pulates
that any contract for' the ¢ol3. ection and disposal of refuse,
garbafle, wet ga~-bage and rubbish produced within the limits
of thc City of CamDbeti shall be made with Green Valley
Disposal Cgmpar~y. This requirement applies to all single
family dwellings~ multiple apartment units, to ali. commercial,
business, industrial~ manufacturing, and construction estab-
lishments.
Remove and reconstruct curb, gutter and sidewalk on total
frontage of property.
Storm drainage area fee in the amount of $170.
Provide 2ABC fire extinguishers as required by fire department.
