WHEREAS. CommLssloner Jane P. hie_tier-Kennedy, has chaired
the Planning Commission from Januanj19~ I until Janu.~rtj 14, 1992;
WHEREAS, during Commissioner Meuer-Kennedff 's
Chairmanship the Planning Commission reuleu~ed significant
amendmenis of the General Plan and major development
applications, such as development o[ the IAqnchester Drive-in site,
Redevelopment Project Area Expansion, Community Design StUd~l,
Trammell Crow Development. the Home Depot Project, South of
Campbell Avenue General Plan Amendmenl. s. and the remodel of the
Campbell Plaza shopping cen~r:, and,
WHEREAS, Commissioner Meyer-Kennedy, has served faithfully
and Impartially at regular and special meetings of the Planning
Camm/ss/on; and.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recognizes the excellent
and dedicated service that Jane Meyer. Kennedy has rendered the
Camm/ss/on during her term as Chair for the year of 1991:
HOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning
Commission of the City of Campbell expresses lis sincerest
appreciation for the numerous hours of service b~l Commissioner
Meyer-Kennedy, and that we as a Commission, are fortunate to have
had the honor of serving the community with her.
