PLANNING (IP~ISSION OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBk~.L, CALIFORNIA
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on proposed
amendment(s) to the Campbell Municipal COde Section No. 20.06.140,
relating to extensi~ of Develo~ Schedules for Planned Development
Permits; and, after presentation by the Planning Director, pro~x~ents
and opponents, the hearing was cl..ed on File No. TA 91-O1,
After due consideration of all evidence presented and based upon the
followir~ findings, the C~m,ission did determine that there is
significant ~ to amend Section 21.06.140 of the Campbell Municipal
Code, as follows:
opportunity to decide requests for extension or reinstatements
of previously approved Planned Development Permits.
Based upon the foregoing finding of fact, the Planning C~dssion
further finds a~d concludes that:
The proposed amendment is consistent with the zoning plan of
the City of Campbell.
The amended review procedure enables a review and decision by
the City Oouncil.

The amended review procedure allows public input and
participation in the decision making process.
The proposed amendment will not be detrimental to the health,
safety, pea. e, morals, ccmfcx~, or general welfare of persons
residing or working in the neighborhood of such proposed use,
the neighborhood er to the general welfare of the City.
The Planning C~t,~Hssion does hereby reo~,.~end that the City Council
adopt the attached Ordinance enacting the necessary legislation to make
the proposed text amendment effective.
