After notification and Public Hearing as specified by law on the
proposed revisions to tb~ DeveloF~_nt Schedule, and after presentation
by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the Planning
C~m~,~ssion did determine that the revisions as shown in the attached
Exhibit A, entitled Revised Development Schedule, should be made to
the previously approved application, based upon the follc~ing
Findings:
There HAVE been no substantial changes in the General Plan in
this area since the city Council's approval.

The City Council granted a Negative Declaration for this project
in January 1990, and there have been no significant
environmental changes since that time.
Based upon the foregoing findings of fact, the Planning C~m,~ssion
further finds and concludes with regard to the proposal, that:
Granting an extension of approval as proposed is a reasonable
period of time for a project of this type and size.
The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell reo~,t~z~s that the
City Council enact an Ord/nance attached hereto making effective the
recommended revised Development Schedule.

The City Council of the City of Campbell does resolve as follows:
That the Development Schedule of the City of Campbell is hereby
changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled
Revised Development Schedule, of Said Application filed by Mr. Butch
Boone, on behalf of T,'incoln Bascc~ Office Center, Ltd., for approval
of the Revised Develo~nent Schedule for property located at 110
Michael Drive.
