A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING SIDEWALK AND PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR
DEDICATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 68 SUNNYSIDE AVENUE
WHEREAS, on September 20, 2005, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 10572
approving a Tentative Parcel Map for property located at 68 Sunnyside Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map has been submitted by the consultant, reviewed by staff
and found to be in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the
Campbell Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, sidewalk and public service easements are shown on the map and offered
for dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the sidewalk and public service easements offered for dedication on
said map in accordance with the terms of the dedication.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 2006, by the following roll call vote:
