A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH THE FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN (THE "AMENDED PLAN") AND RECOMMENDING
THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ADOPT
AMENDED PLAN AND THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED
IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 1461 adopted by the City Council
of the City of Campbell (the "City Council") on June 21, 1983,
the Redevelopment Plan for the Central Campbell Redevelopment
Project (the "Original Plan") was adopted; and
1990-
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.12 adopted on September 18, 1990
by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Campbell (the
"Agency"), the Agency authorized staff to proceed in preparing
the amendments to the Original Plan in the form of an Amended
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Campbell
(the "Planning Commission") has reviewed the Amended Plan ); and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Report on
the Amended Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed
Negative Declaration for the Amended Plan (the "Negative
Declaration"); and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission received the above
documents following Agency authorization by Resolution No.1990-18
adopted on November 5, 1990 and since that time has examined all
pertinent information related thereto; and
WHEREAS, concurrently with the consideration of the Amended
Plan, the City Council will consider amendments to the City of
Campbell General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered all comments
received on the Amended Plan and the Negative Declaration at its
meeting of November 27, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission
hereby certifies and reports to the City Council and the Agency,
as required by Health and Safety Code Section 33346 and
Government Code Section 65402, that the Amended Plan conforms to
the City's General Plan, as proposed to be amended prior to

adoption of the Amended Plan; and as applicable, pursuant to
Government Code Section 65402, that any acquisition or
disposition of any real property, any street vacation or
abandonment, and any construction of public buildings or
structures called for in the Amended Plan conforms to the City's
General Plan, as proposed to be amended prior to adoption of the
Amended Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission hereby
recommends to the City Council and the Agency the approval of the
Negative Declaration and the adoption of the Amended Plan.
