PC Res 2659RESOLUTION NO. 2659
PLANNING COMMISSION
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF A TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP,
LOCATED AT 1113 CROCKETT AVENUE AND 1345 WESTMONT
AVENUE (TS 89-07, lANDS OF HODGINS,
APN: 403-10-72 AND 403-10-69).
After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application
for approval of a Tentative Subdivision Map as referenced in the above heading,
as per the application filed in the Planning Department on October 23, 1989;
and, after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the
hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did
find as follows:
The proposed subdivision density of 4.1 units per gross acre is
consistent with the Low-Density Residential Land Use designation of
the General Plan.
The proposed subdivision does not impair the balance between the
housing needs of the region and the public service needs of the
residents.
The proposed map is consistent with the development standards for a
R-l-6 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
That this Tentative Subdivision Map is in conformance with the General Plan.
Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission does hereby recommend
approval of this map to the City Council, subject to the Conditions of Approval
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
