RESOLUTION NO. 10623
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY ESR CONSTRUCTION,
INC. FOR PROJECT 02-09 - LOS GATOS CREEK TRAIL BIKE IMPROVEMENT -
CAMDEN AVENUE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT AND DIRECT
THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 10542 authorizing the Public
Works Director to award a contract for the construction of Project 02-09 - Los Gatos
Creek Trail Bike Improvement - Camden Avenue Pedestrian Bridge Replacement
Project; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director awarded a contract to ESR Construction, Inc. for
Project 02-09 - Los Gatos Creek Trail Bike Improvement - Camden Avenue Pedestrian
Bridge Replacement Project on August 8, 2005; and
WHEREAS, ESR Construction, Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract in
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by ESR Construction, Inc. for Project 02-
09 - Los Gatos Creek Trail Bike Improvement - Camden Avenue Pedestrian Bridge
Replacement Project and directs the City Engineer to file a Notice of Completion.
