PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, Commissioner Dickson has been a member of the
Planning Commission for 16 years (since June 18, 1973); and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Dickson has served faithfully and
impartially at regular and special meetings; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Dickson acted as Vice-Chairman of
the Planning Commission and Chairman of the Site and Architectu-
ral Review Committee in 1976; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Dickson served as Chairman of the
Planning Commission in 1977 and 1984; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Dickson has been instrumenta!
upgrading the development in the City of Campbell throughout
his service; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission meeting of July 25, 1989
is the last meeting in which J. DuWAYNE DICKSON served in the
capacity of Planning Commissioner for the City of Campbell;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission
of the City of Campbell wishes to express its sincerest apprecia-
tion for the numerous hours of service by Commissioner Dickson
to the City of Campbell; and, to state that we, as a Commission,
are fortunate to have had the honor of serving the community
with him.
