Dear Don:
The Planning Director and the City Engineer have approved your request for an
exception to the City's underground requirement for utility lines subject to the
following conditions:
1. Only one overhead pole may be installed to allow the street to be crossed
overhead;
2. The pole must be in the public right-of-way on the north side of Rincon
Avenue;
3. Utility lines on-site must be undergrounded to the building; and
4. Permits must be obtained from the City of Campbell's Public Works
Department, contact Chuck Gomez at (408) 866-2150.
