PC Res 2583RESOLUTION NO. 2583 PLANNING COMMISSION BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A REQUESTED MODIFICATION TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO ALLOW A REVISED PARKING PLAN ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 145 DILLON AVE. IN A PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/ INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT. APPLICATION OF R. BONNETT, M 88-20. After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. Robert Bonnett for approval of a modification to a previously approved Planned Development Permit to allow a revised parking plan on property known as 145 Dillon Ave.; and, after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as follows: The applicant has indicated the provision of 7 on-site parking spaces resulting in a parking ratio of 1:387 for the proposed office use. A parking ratio of 1:225 or 12 parking spaces is typically required for office uses, consequently, this provided parking is not adequate. Based on the above finding, the Planning Commission recommends denial of the requested modification to allow a revised parking plan on a previously approved Planned Development Permit (PD 87-01).
