RESOLUTION NO. 10627
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE RECREATION & COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE AND
INSTALLATION OF FIRE ALARM EQUIPMENT AT THE CAMPBELL
COMMUNITY CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Capital Improvement Plan to
include Project #04-05 - Campbell Community Center Fire Alarm System; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been developed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Campbell does hereby approve the plans and specifications for the
construction of CIP #04-05 - Campbell Community Center Fire Alarm System,
authorize the staff to solicit bids to construct this project, and authorize the
Recreation & Community Services Director to award the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder.
