RESOLUTION NO. 10631
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONSULTANT SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH PAGE+MORRIS FOR THE PREPARATION OF LIBRARY
NEEDS ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS; the City Manager's Office issued a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) for a
Library Needs Assessment; and
WHEREAS; RFQ's were transmitted to approximately 80 qualified or recommended
consulting firms; and
WHEREAS; the received 5 responses from firms; and
WHEREAS, Page+Morris has submitted a proposal that is the most advantageous to
the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in the RFP, input from
Campbell Library and County Library staff, references, and cost that demonstrate that
Page+Morris is qualified and has the required expertise to prepare the Campbell Library
Needs Assessment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute a Consultant Services Agreement with
Page+Morris for the purpose of completing the Campbell Library Needs Assessment.
