PC Res 2559RESOLUTION NO. 2559 PLANNING COMMISSION BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL RECOMMENDING DENIAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE OF A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN INDUSTRIAL/WAREHOUSE BUILDING ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 426 & 430 SAM CAVA LANE IN A PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/ INDUSTRIAL) ZONING DISTRICT (APPLICATION OF J. SPARLING, PD 87-06). After notification and public hearing as specified by law on the application of Mr. John Sparling for approval of a Planned Development Permit, plans, elevations, and development schedule to allow the construction of an industrial/warehouse building on property known as 426 & 430 Sam Cava Lane, as per the application filed in the Planning Department on August 24, 1987;and, after presentation by the Planning Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed. After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Conuuission did find as follows: 1. The applicant is working with the Redevelopment Agency to develop a comprehensive site plan for development of this area. 2. The applicant is in concurrence with a denial without prejudice, in order that this item may be removed from the agenda. Based on the above findings, the Planning Commission recommends denial without prejudice of the plans, elevations, development schedule and conditions of approval as presented in order to remove this application from the agenda, and further recommends that the City Council deny the Planned Development Permit PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of October 1988 by the following roll call vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Commissioners: Commissioners: Cox~issioners: Kasolas, Stanton, Perrine, Olszewski, Walker, Dickson, Christ None None ATTEST: Arthur A.
