RE: PG&E PERMIT - BASCOM & HAMILTON
I talked to Dennis Ikerd of PG&E regarding the traffic plan
for the work they want to do at Bascom & Hamilton. Basically, if
we specify on the permit that: 1)they must follow all relevant
guidelines from the Caltrans Traffic Control in Construction
Zones, 2) that they can only close one lane on any approach
unless otherwise approved 48 hours in advance by the traffic
engineer, and 3) that they must confine their work to the hours
between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., and then issue the permit, that should
be sufficient.
I've given this memo to Frank for his concurrence. His
initials so indicate.
