Dear Mr. Fuller,
Pursuant to our recent telephone conversation, Silicon
Valley Bank obtained ownership of the above project (defined
by the following addresses: 1420 Maysun Court; 1424 Maysun
Court; 1428 Maysun Court; and 1432 Maysun Court) via trustee
sale, which occurred December 21, 1992.
Prior to this date, the project was owned by Harriet
Estates, a California Limited Partnership (1424, 1428, 1432,
1436 Maysun Court) and Harriet Place, a California Limited
Partnership (1408, 1412, 1416, 1420 Maysun Court)
Upon trustee sale, The Bank assumed the responsibility of
completing the necessary off-site improvements pursuant to
the set-aside letters #4925 and #4926 and dated October 19,
1990 and October 12, 1990, respectively, and the As-Built
Plan-Tract #8379.
Given completion and acceptance of said improvements, please
