We hereby establish our Irrevocable Letter of Credit #LC-291
in your favor for the account of Calstone Co. available by your
draft Drawn At Sight on us in the amount of TEN THOUSAND AND NO/100
U.S. DOLLARS ($10,000.00), effective as of today's date and
expiring at our Main Office at: 2027 El Camino Real, Santa Clara,
California 95051, at the close of business on August 27, 1991.
Funds under this credit are available to you against sight
draft(s) on us. Drafts drawn under this Letter of Credit must be
marked DRAWN UNDER LETTER OF CREDIT #LC-291, dated June 28, 1991.
Each draft presented hereunder shall be accompanied by this Letter
of Credit and the following:
1. Statements by drawer certifying that amount drawn represents
goods or products delivered and invoiced, the payment for which is
due and unpaid.
2. A certificate signed by an authorized officer of The City of
Campbell stating that he/she is an authorized officer of The City
of Campbell and that the draft(s) represent the dollar value of
goods delivered pursuant to your order acknowledgement dated

pliance with said acknowledgement.
Partial drawings are permitted. After each drawing, the

fence line to the Caltrans right-oF-way. Please look into their
