RESOLUTION NO. 10636
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONCESSION AGREEMENTS WITH
POP WARNER FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING AND WEST SAN JOSE STORM
PROVIDING FOR THEIR USE OF CONCESSION FACILITIES AT THE COMMUNITY
CENTER, TO SELL REFRESHMENTS AS AUTHORIZED BY THE AGREEMENTS
AND LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT CODES.
WHEREAS, Concession Agreements have been submitted to the City Council of the
City of Campbell for license to sell and dispense certain food and beverages from the
Concession Stand at the Community Center; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has the authority to approve such agreements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the Recreation and
Community Services Director is hereby authorized to execute the said agreements on
behalf of said City.
