RESOLUTION NO. 10638
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH CSG CONSULTANTS FOR PREPARATION OF REFUSE COLLECTION AND
CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE STREET IMPACT ANALYSIS
Whereas, the City desires to obtain engineering services for development of a refuse
collection and construction vehicle street impact analysis; and
Whereas, CSG Consultants has submitted a competitive proposal to the City and has
the expertise to provide these engineering services in a timely manner; and
Whereas, the cities of Monte Sereno, Saratoga and the Town of Los Gatos have
agreed to participate with the City of Campbell in this study and contribute equally to
the cost of the study;
Now, Therefore Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
authorizes the Public Works Director to execute an Agreement between the City of
Campbell and CSG Consultants for an amount not to exceed $31,000 for preparation of
a Refuse and Construction Vehicle Street Impact Analysis.
