CC Resolution 10639 RESOLUTION NO. 1063<) RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL MODIFYING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES WHEREAS, the City of Campbell Financial Policies require an annual evaluation of the Schedule of Fees and Charges to ensure that recovery of the cost of providing services is recovered where appropriate; and WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of Campbell a Schedule of Fees and Charges for Fiscal Year 2007; and WHEREAS, all of the required legal notices have been published pursuant to Government Code; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby adopts the attached modifications to the Schedule of Fees and Charges to be paid to the City of Campbell by all persons desiring to obtain those items or services contained in the attached Fee Schedule effective July 16, 2006; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be made an addendum to the City Council Policy Manual.
