RESOLUTION NO. 10170
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AND
THE CAMPBELL UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR USE OF THE
HERITAGE THEATRE.
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has a Business Plan for operating the Heritage
Theatre that includes negotiating agreements with primary partners; and
WHEREAS, the Campbell Union High School District was targeted as a primary
partner; and
WHEREAS, staff from each organization have completed negotiations for a
partnership agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the agreement with the Campbell Union High School District for use of the
Heritage Theatre is approved.
