CC Resolution 10164 RESOLUTION NO. 10164 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ACKNOWLEDING RECEIPT OF DONATIONS FOR THE PURCHACE OF AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATORS AND AUTHORIZATION OF RELATED BUDGET ADJUSTMENT WHEREAS, Technological advances have produced rugged portable Automated External Defibrillators to be used in a cardiac emergency, and WHEREAS, members of the Campbell Community have donated $7,523.00 to the City of Campbell for the purchase of Automated External Defibrillators, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby acknowledges receipt of$7,523.00 in donations from members of the community, and approves a budget adjustment to increase the 605.7427 line item to enable the purchase of Automated External Defibrillators PASSED AND ADOPTED this1stday of Apri,l2003, by the following roll call vote: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Watson, Kennedy, Dean, Burr, Furtado NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None APPROVED: ~~~ DanieIE.~rtado,Mayor AT~ Anne Bybee, City Clerk City of Campbell Request for Budget Adjustment )/:niiK: . ....... ...... ....... .............. ........ ............. . . . . . .. .............. ........ ............ ....... ............
