RESOLUTION NO.
10162
BEING A RESOLUION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING THE ADOPTION OF THE
REVISED OFFICIAL STREET TREE LIST
WHEREAS, Section 11.08.040 of the Campbell Municipal Code allows for amending the
Official Street Tree List from time to time; and
WHEREAS, on March 5, 2003, the Parks and Recreation Commission voted to
recommend that the City Council approve additions and deletions to the Official Street Tree List;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been presented with revisions to the Official Street
Tree List;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves the revisions to the Official Street Tree List.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 2003, by the following roll call vote:
