A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR THE MIDWAY STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
(98-02 PHASE III-B)
WHEREAS, the proposed Five-Year Pavement Maintenance Program includes a residential
overlay program and the reconstruction of Midway Street; and
WHEREAS, the adopted Capital Improvement Program includes funds for Project 98-02 Phase
III-B Midway Street Reconstruction; and
WHEREAS, final plans, specifications and engineer's estimate for the improvements have been
completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
approves the plans and specifications for the construction of Project 98-02 Phase III-B Midway Street
Reconstruction and authorizes the Public Works Director to solicit bids for the construction of the project
improvements.
